SpringHill Suites by Marriott Valencia

The customer service was excellent. We were in a room with a toilet that wasn't flushing all the way, with a view of Hwy 5. The noise from the highway really bothered us. We asked to move to a pool-view room (with a working toilet!), and the staff member took care of it for us immediately. The pool-side room did not have a noise issue for us, and everything worked great. We loved being just across the highway from Six Flags. Self-parking is always great, which is way better than dealing with valet parking at other hotels. We liked the breakfast selection, and even enjoyed the heated pool--in November!

It was very clean. Very comfortable loved the bed and the shower was amazing the layout of the room was so cute. The stafff were amazing just so happy and welcoming this is now our go to spot when we come to six flags the view from room 428 u could see a few rides at six flags. I’m so happy with our stay here.. wish we could have stayed forever.
